We are currently producing another batch of stainless-steel components – so-called pipe penetrations – for a Western European client, manufactured in our facility using state-of-the-art CNC technologies.

At Arpol CNC, we carry out a comprehensive production process – from material supply, through cutting, turning and milling, to welding, passivation, and final packaging. This ensures that our pipe penetrations meet the highest quality standards and are ready to perform reliably
in demanding industrial applications. The process starts with the delivery of laser-cut tubes and blanks, which serve as the basis for further
CNC machining of stainless steel.

The first step is precise cutting of the tubes to project-specific dimensions. Next, we perform CNC turning of rings on modern lathes, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and repeatability. This is followed by CNC drilling and milling of holes, guaranteeing precise placement in line with technical documentation.

After preparing the individual elements, we proceed with tube assembly using a fixture designed in-house, which improves efficiency and alignment accuracy. The assembled sets are then welded using the TIG method on an automated welding machine with a rotary table, ensuring high quality and clean weld aesthetics.

Once welding is completed, we carry out stainless steel passivation, which not only enhances the appearance but also protects the surface against corrosion, significantly improving durability.

The final stage in the production of pipe penetrations is careful packaging, ensuring that the products reach our customers safely. Thanks to modern technologies and proprietary design solutions, Arpol CNC delivers high-precision metal components of the highest quality, meeting the requirements of the most demanding industrial sectors.
